We have the answers!

Check-in/ Check-out:

Unfortunately, we do not have a reception that is open 24 hours a day. We are personally available to you several times a week at our information point. Here we offer you comprehensive information, recommendations and helpful tips for your stay in Vienna.

We would be happy to answer your questions via WhatsApp or email.

Our apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. Please let us know your expected arrival time.

Yes, you are welcome to arrive at night. We leave your key in our front door safe. We will send you your personal code in good time before your arrival.

We can only tell you whether an early check-in or late check-out is possible a few days before your arrival. We do our best to accommodate your wishes!

Please take your apartment key from our front door safe. We will send you your personal code in good time before your arrival.

On your departure day, you can simply leave your apartment key in our key return box on the ground floor.

Please let us know in good time whether you would like to store your luggage on the day of your arrival or departure. We try to provide luggage storage, but we cannot guarantee it.

Alternatively, we recommend the luggage storage compartments at the nearby Praterstern train station or at the main train station. From there you can quickly get to the center and take the train directly to Vienna Airport.

Parking in Vienna:

We would be happy to reserve a parking space for you in the nearby parking garage Odeongasse (150m away).

How to reserve nearby garage parking:


– Please send us a photo of your car plate.

– We check the availability and register your car plate in the video recognition system.

– We´ll send you an online payment link to finish your parking reservation. 

– After the payment, we will send you further information of the garage.

 -Please note, a cancellation of your parking spot is only possible until 24 hours before.


You can park cheaply in one of the Park & Ride garages (EUR 4.10 / day).

Of our apartments the Park & Ride Garage Donaustadtbrücke (6 stations with the U2 line from/to Taborstrasse) is the quickest way to reach it.

If you come to Vienna by car, please note the Vienna short-term parking zones. The short-term parking zone regulations apply in all central districts and parking is only permitted for a fee on working days from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with a short-term parking permit for a maximum of 2 hours. You can get short-term parking tickets from Wiener Linien ticket machines, tobacconists or gas stations. On-street parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Vicinity:

On Praterstraße you will find a large selection of different restaurants and cafés. The area around the Karmelitermarkt also offers a diverse culinary offering. We would be happy to send you special recommendations about culinary highlights in the area.

The nearest supermarket Billa is just around the corner at Rotensterngasse 21. Other supermarkets are only 5 minutes away. There is also the organic supermarket Denn’s at Taborstrasse 10 and a farmers’ market on Fridays and Saturdays at the Karmelitermarkt.

In just 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by subway you can reach St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the pulsating heart of Vienna.

Arrival & public transport:

You can get tickets for public transport in Vienna from the multilingual ticket machines in the subway stations. Of course you can also buy tickets online.
The Vienna City Card is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours. All public transport is included, plus more than 210 benefits at museums and sights, shopping, cafés, restaurants and wine taverns. As an additional option, you can book the airport transfer and the Vienna Sightseeing Hop on / Hop off bus tour. Tip: Get your Vienna City Card before you arrive online and you can use public transport straight away.
When you land at Vienna Airport, take the S7 express train and go to Wien Praterstern. From there take the U1 to Nestroyplatz (Rotensterngasse exit). From there it’s just a 3 minute walk. Travel time: approx. 45 minutes A slightly faster but more expensive way to get to us from Vienna Airport is the City Airport Train (CAT) Vienna Airport -> CAT Vienna Mitte/Landstraße -> U4 Schwedenplatz -> U1 Nestroyplatz (Rotensterngasse exit) Travel time: approx. 35 minutes
There are two major train stations in Vienna: Wien Hauptbahnhof and Wien Westbahnhof. If you arrive at Wien Westbahnhof by train, take the U3 to Stephansplatz. Then change to the U1 and go to Nestroyplatz. From there it’s just a 3 minute walk. Travel time: approx. 25 minutes If you arrive at Wien Hauptbahnhof by train, take the U1 to Nestroyplatz. From there it’s just a 3 minute walk. Travel time: approx. 20 minutes

Facilities & Services:

Our welcome box contains small portions of tea, coffee, sugar and chocolate. By the way, this Balthasar on Praterstraße serves excellent coffee!

Pets are welcome in our apartments for an additional charge of EUR 8 / night. To make your four-legged friend feel at home, we are also happy to provide a pet bed and a food bowl.

We would be happy to put a baby bed in your apartment free of charge. If you also need a high chair, baby bath or diaper pail, please let us know in advance!

All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo and soap dispensers.

All apartments (except the Standard Studio) have a washing machine. Please remember to bring your own detergent.

Ja, Waschmittel gibt es bei unseren Mitarbeiter*innen am Infopoint (3 Waschpods um 1 €).

Please help us enforce our non-smoking policy. Out of consideration for other guests, smoking is prohibited in our apartments and throughout the house. If the smoking ban is not adhered to, we must charge a cleaning fee of €100.
